At your own pace, bend down in a squat position. The ball should guide your back as you go up and down. Repeat this process for 30 seconds. And then, allow your body to rest and recover. Return to your starting position and repeat the process 5 times. Increase the difficulty by holding your squat position for 10 seconds.
