1. Q: When can I get the confirmation email?
A: Confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. Confirmation emails of orders during a holiday will be sent out after the holiday is over. If you do not see it in your inbox, please kindly check your junk box. If you leave a wrong email address, you may not receive our emails so please make sure it is a correct one before paying.

2. Q: Do you apply wholesale and how much is the price?
A: Yes, we provide wholesale price if you buy in large quantity. For more information about the price, please contact our customer service.

3. Q: Can I place an order by phone?
A: Sorry you can only place an order on our website. We don’t accept orders by phone. If you meet some problems when placing an order, you can send us an email and we will try to help you.

4. Q: Why was my payment declined?
A: Please make sure that the information you put in should be matched with your billing information. Please make sure that your card can be paid overseas. If not, you can contact your bank to open this function. Do not use a debit card, gift card or a prepaid card. We now accept MasterCard and Visa.


5. Q: Why do you charge my card more than your product price?

A: We only charged you the money of the items plus the shipping cost. The extra money was charged by the transaction system as the transaction fee as long as customers are paying overseas by credit cards. We use the transaction system to guarantee the funds safety of our customers and us, so it is safe to place an order on our website. If return and refund occurs, the transaction fee can not be returned.

A: We offers FREE Ground Shipping on all orders exceeding $99.00. A shipping and handling charge of $8.95 will be added to any order under $99.00. Generally it takes 5-10 business days to deliver after ships out the package. But it is not the exact time. Delivery may take a little longer in holidays or it may be influenced by the weather or customs clearance.

7. Q: How can I change my order or cancel my order?
A: When we received your payment, we will process your order in 24 hours. So if you really want to change it or cancel it, we hope you can tell us in 24 hours by emails. Once your order is shipped out , it is difficult to stop the parcel for you. So we hope you can understand.

A: You can check the status of your order at any time by going directly to the links provided by our customer service via email. Please note that you should have the order number and email address to track the order status. We will email the tracking number to you. Please note that carrier's website may not update the records and parcel status in time, especially when important festivals are coming such as Christmas and the new year, etc.
