How To Use The Teeth Whitening Oral Gel Kit

Step 3: Apply a thin layer of whitening gel to both mouth trays and spread evenly (0.25 to 0.4ml for each tray).
Step 4: Insert the mouth trays over your teeth and mold it firmly against them.
Step 5: Keep the mold in place for up to 10 minutes, remove and rinse your mouth.
