Solder Sucker Desoldering Device
This solder sucker is a mechanical device which improves man’s work by pulling the melted solder of the PCB circuit components. It is also known as a desoldering pump. Man workers are using this device to clear the board circuits in repairing the field. To use this product, you first need to heat the joint solder with a soldering iron until it melts the solder. You can also use this by pumping the trigger lever and placing the tip of the solder sucker on the molten metal. After that, you can pull back its trigger by pressing the circle button. As you pull back the lever the tip of the desoldering pump will suck the liquified solder. Repeat it constantly until all the solder residue were sucked up.
How Solder Sucker Desoldering Device Works
When you are operating solder sucker, its spring is compressing. The mechanical lock will open once you press the button. And the spring will automatically extend back to its normal and steady position. On the other hand, when you pump the machine’s trigger, its piston will create a high force of vacuum in the head. To use this, you need to press down its end pump until the tip of it touches the part you want to desolder. Heat the tip of the solder sucker. Then, suck up the melted solder and empty the pump after use.
