The value ranges of each of the are  1Hz to 999Hz, 1.00Khz to 9.99Khz. Including 10.0KHz to 99.9KHz, 1KHz to 150KHz respectively. There are four essential keys found on the device that you can use. The keys allow you to adjust the frequency and duty as you wish. To increase or decrease them by unit, short press the buttons. Then, if you want to improve the cycles quickly, then long press said buttons.
